1. Returns Eligibility – 30-Day Window

You may return your product within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied or do not experience relief from swelling. Products must be returned in their original packaging and cannot be returned if damaged or malfunctioning.

To be eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must:

  • Contact our support team via our “Contact Us” page within the 30-day window.

  • Provide two pieces of videographic evidence showing the condition of the device and that it has not been used improperly.

  • Provide a brief written explanation describing your experience and why you are requesting a return.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide two pieces of photo/video evidence of the damage or defect. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will replace it or issue a refund.

Note: Claims without proper evidence may be denied.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The incorrect item must remain in its original, unopened packaging. We will issue a replacement or refund according to your preference.

4. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Packaging Your Return
